Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and business functions.
- Develop onboarding and training programs to support employee success and
retention.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs.
- Assist with succession planning and organizational development initiatives.
Employee Relations & Culture
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and management on HR-related matters.
- Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Support performance management processes and employee engagement
initiatives.
- Assist in conflict resolution and employee relations matters when needed.
Payroll, Benefits & Compliance
- Administer payroll, benefits, and HR compliance processes using HR systems.
- Support benefits enrollment and employee communication regarding company
programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Strategic HR Support
- Help develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and operational workflows.
- Support leadership with organizational planning and change management
initiatives.
- Assist with implementation of scalable HR systems and best practices.
- Contribute to company initiatives focused on employee development and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Generalist
role.
- Strong understanding of employment law, payroll administration, and benefits
management.
- Experience with HRIS systems; Paylocity experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
