You are not entitled to any refund, payment, compensation of any kind or credit for cancellation except as provided in this section or as otherwise provided by law. Cancellation penalties will apply when the entire cruise booking is cancelled and applies to all travel products and/or services purchased, including Cruise, airfare (if applicable) and land arrangements. Cancellation charges are imposed regardless of resale of the cruise, hotel or air components.
A cancellation fee of 100% of fare will be imposed for non-appearance. Fare is defined as the full cost of any cruise or air component purchased (if applicable) from Regent, excluding optional facilities and services fees.
Changes to a reservation after deposit and/or full payment has been received and prior to issuance of travel documents may result in assessment of administrative fees and service charges. Administrative fees and service charges will vary and are based on the type of change made to Your Cruise departure, itinerary, package or air supplement (if applicable). Guests are responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of these changes. Some changes, including name changes, are considered cancellations and applicable fees will be assessed.

Rates are subject to change without notice and cannot be guaranteed until a specific cabin category has been confirmed and a deposit or final payment has been applied. Some offers and exclusive rates have limited inventory and will be confirmed with the appropriate deposit on a first come first serve basis. If service charges/gratuities are not prepaid prior to sailing, they may be automatically charged to the guests’ shipboard account once onboard. Fares marked as non-refundable may not be combinable with all promotions. Rates displayed within the cruise line’s final payment period are subject to cancellation penalties as per the cruise lines terms and conditions even if they are not designated as non-refundable bookings. Upgrades are not applicable to all categories/sailing dates and are subject to change without notice. Pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel or revise bookings. You will be notified and may choose to accept or cancel. All itineraries operate under the sole discretion of the cruise line and may be subject to change or cancellation based on weather or other conditions.
